[Feature request] Remember position of last opened tab

Each time I click back, the folder opens on top. That is an issue if I have 100 folders or 100 songs inside a folder. It would be really nice if the application remembered position of current song playing or folder selected and automatically switched to that position when the previous view is loaded again.

Could you clarify a few things to make sure I understand the issue?

1. What do you mean by "click back"?

• Navigating from a subfolder back to its parent folder
• Going to a different screen (like album, artist, or settings) and returning to the folders screen

2. "Position of current song playing"

• Do you want the app to automatically scroll to highlight the currently playing track when you return to the folders screen?

3. "Folder selected" - Do you mean:

• The last folder you had open should remain open
• The scroll position within a folder should be remembered

4. Which is more important to you?

• Remembering exact scroll position (where you left off)
• Auto-scrolling to the currently playing track

1. Correct.

2. I want to be rendered at that position automatically. Without animation. Instantly.

3. Correct. Also, remember position of a folder in a nested folder. For example, I have folders by years, and several of them. In each year folder I have folders by genres. 30+ folders inside a folder, it gets hectic when I need to scroll each time.

4. Remembering exact scroll position in folder (where you left off).

Fix could be adding state variables:

• lastScrollPosition variable that would be updated on screen change.

• lastFolderPosition variable (list? because we can go several levels deep) that would be updated when entering/exiting a folder.
