This PR adjusts the docs and code to accept configuration only through the SvelteKit Vite plugin. Notably, it hides the
config.kitprefix in favour of justconfig.since thatkitproperty no longer exists when passing options to the SvelteKit Vite pluginEDIT: blocked by sveltejs/language-tools#3055 so svelte check will fail until this is resolvedPlease don't delete this checklist!
