[Sub-Issue] Add new tween sub types for creating new ways to animate objects

Currently, there's only three tween types: FlixelVarTween, FlixelPropertyTween and FlixelNumTween. There are many tween types that are missing.

Requirements:

• Implement all other required tween types, such as FlixelColorTween, FlixelShakeTween, etc.
