Refresh compatible runtime and build packages: TanStack Router 1.170.46 and Start 1.169.4, Effect 3.22.4, Lucide 1.61.0, and Vite 8.3.5, including their lockfile updates. Preserve the checksum-pinned Bun canary, public Node runtime floor, Effect 3, and the documented jsdom 30.0.1 compatibility pin.
Validation: independent Codex autoreview found no actionable P0–P2 defects. On a Linux Crabbox lease, frozen installation, formatting/lint/type checks, all 49 focused search/discussion regressions, and production build passed. These regressions also confirm the page-retention repair for #138; its remaining budget/resume requests stay open under the existing maintainer backlog decision.
No version change or release.
The complete Bun unit suite also passed: 1,937 tests across 181 files. The initial Crabbox run used its group-writable
umask 0002, which correctly tripped backup recovery ownership checks; setting the validation shell to the CI-standardumask 0022made all 69 backup tests and the full suite pass. No permission checks or production code were changed.
