Main renumbered this ADR a second time (docs: resolve duplicate ADR 0347 and retired links, #1862) after this branch's earlier 0346->0347 fixup was written; the code/test references were stale against the current doc file name. Co-authored-by: mecatl <noreply@mecatl.dev>

Summary
The durable model-stream structural evidence ADR and the run-ID prompt-free controls ADR both use number 0347 on
main. Give the stream-evidence ADR number 0357, then update its owning acceptance plan and the ADR index. Replace links to retired implementation notes with the relevant ADR.Refresh the generated gRPC schema reference from the current public protobuf contracts. CI requires this output to be current, and the existing
maincopy had drifted.This fixes the strict documentation validation failure independently of #1842.
