Refine the way of creating the hash for caching FIM entries #376

The hash generation mechanism currently functions correctly for Copilot, but it does not work as effectively for other providers. The root cause lies in how the cache is created: it includes the entire content of the request rather than a more specific and minimal input, e.g. the path of the file. This approach leads to inconsistent caching behavior across providers.
