📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughThe Skills interface adds translations for Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese. English locale entries cover installation and sharing messages. Installation dialogs and bundle flows now translate validation, verification, reconnection, cancellation, version, and removal errors. Sharing cancellation errors use translation keys. Installation progress labels now translate authorization and installation phases. ✨ Finishing Touches📝 Generate docstrings

#16682 merged with a failing localization catalog: ja used エージェント in three new skill-filter strings, and repair-locale-catalog rewrites those to Agent. Match the rest of ja.json so static analysis can pass.

Problem
Skill installation dialogs, error messages, and progress labels were hardcoded as English strings, making the skill install flow non-translatable.
Solution
Extracted all user-facing strings from skill install components into translatable i18n keys:
SkillBundleInstallFlow,SkillInstallDialog,SkillInstallManagementDialog, andSkillShareDialogwithtranslate()callsskill-install-progress-state.tsfrom a constant object to translatable callsauto.components.skills.install.*namespace covering validation errors, network errors, and progress statesTesting
