[django2]左侧菜单内容过多时显示滚动条

因为左侧菜单栏是 fixed 布局，当内容超过高度是会被忽略。

这个PR修复这个问题，效果图如下。

你可以把项目源码中xadmin.main.css文件的245行内的css代码改成

.panel-group.nav-sitemenu {
    top: 0;
    bottom: 0;
    overflow-y: scroll;
    overflow-x: hidden;
    position: fixed;
    margin-top: 65px;
    margin-bottom: 15px;
    margin-left: -15px;
}

此时滚动条能正常显示，若不行，则清理浏览器缓存刷新后重试。
