[Bug]: Play next doesn't work when player is in shuffle mode

Describe the bug

When the player shuffle mode is enabled the Play Next option inserts the track next in the queue but doesn't override the shuffle mode for that track.

Expected behaviour

Play next should force the track to play next even when queue shuffling is enabled

Reproducing

Enable queue shuffling in the player view
Swipe or select 'Play next' on a track

Prerequisites

• I've searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported before
• I did NOT write this issue with an LLM
• I've ensured I am on the LATEST app version in case this was already fixed recently

it's basically due to how shuffle is currently implemented on android (?). it doesn't shuffle the queue, it just plays songs in a random order. fixing this certainly requires implementing an actual way of shuffling the queue items

I figured as much, I suppose #281 is a blocker then.
I wonder if transparently disabling shuffling until the selected track(s) are done playing would be a reasonable workaround...

this is basically the apple music approach, they maintain two queues when you put something to play next... except that in their case, the "main" queue always has their items properly shuffled in the ui

probably making it two queues and implementing proper shuffling would be nicer and less hacky
