Part of #4702.

Adds z/OS calibration probes for C2 (intermediate truncation, the #4287 shape), C11 (non-digit MOVEd to zoned) and D2 (X"40" charset) to zos_probes.json, with oracle_expected measured on gitgalaxy-gnucobol:3 (zos_probes.py oracle: 8 of 8 match). A test pins that every Part 1 entry has a probe.

Class: Part 1 register entries with an IBM-side assumption and no probe. Covered: C2, C11, D2 (C1, C3, C4, C13, C14 landed in #6052). D2's oracle output differs from z/OS by design (ASCII); the note gives the expected z/OS output. C2's 30-digit cap is not probed.

Checklist: partial [c:b5eee87e] -- recorded z/OS results (blocked on z/OS access and counsel, Q16)

Cross-repo: none.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Three more probes (our own COBOL) with the oracle's measured output; a test that every Part 1 entry has one.
