The case carries an inline DBPAUTP0 seed (accounts 1, 5, 11, 17) and the Db2 seed; account 11's detail matches the Db2 row so COPAUS2C's -803 → UPDATE path runs. Fraud scenarios change real state (LINK, SYNCPOINT, AUTHFRD).

Evidence levels

Translated whole, no holes. Executed-equivalent against GnuCOBOL plus the ggdli stub (not z/OS): 23 scenarios, 2 fault runs, no diffs. Not covered (9 branches): DL/I status faults for SCHD/GU/GNP/REPL, the SCHD 'TC' retry, two always-true IF guards. Callee COPAUS2C has its own case.

Plan vs. result

The plan held: no harness edit was needed (equivalence_cics.py untouched, so the overlap with #5898/#5900 is nil). entry-key-without-detail was dropped: a qualified GNP that finds nothing is refused by the harness.

No companion PRs; CardDemo is the existing pin. origin/main merged before push.
