Part of #4771. The other two bullets of the issue are already merged: READ GTEQ / DELETE GENERIC (#4886), the pointer lane GETMAIN / FREEMAIN / SET ADDRESS OF (#5041), and case-stated ZC## symbols (#5147).
What changed
CALL ZUIDSTCK(ZECS001 4000-GET-COUNTER) was held with the generic "no program of that name with a CALL entry in the estate". ZUIDSTCK is the zECS distribution's assembler store-clock wrapper and its source is not in the zecs corpus (only ZECS002.asm / ZECSNC.asm), so which clock instruction it issues and how it lays out THE-TOD (16 bytes) is unknown. Translating it would invent a clock fact, so it is refused by name, literal and identifier forms (det/dyncall.pyREFUSED_BY_NAME, one dict read by both paths). Register note added to X47. Refusal-only: no port moves, translated counts unchanged.Class table
Sibling gaps (all ZECS001, a burned estate)
ADD n TO): 9 statements. Needs pointers that carry block + offset. Frontier.SET ADDRESS OF CACHE-MESSAGE TO ADDRESS OF ZF-DATA(WORKING-STORAGE subordinate item): 2 statements. Frontier. So ZECS001 stays held; det/CICS: zECS file-name templates (READ GTEQ / DELETE GENERIC), GETMAIN/FREEMAIN pointers, CALL ZUIDSTCK #4771 should not close from this PR.
Evidence
det_survey --corpus zecs --no-compile: 927/939 statements, holes as above plus this one. pr_gates --fast 6/6, --ratchets 8/8; 14 refusal tests pass (2 new shapes).Lessons for agents
REFUSED_BY_NAMEindet/dyncall.pyis read by the literal CALL path ingen.pytoo; one entry covers both.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
