Status slide: generated progress.svg in the CICS-to-Java READMEs, refreshed nightly (Part of #5286) - #5287

…freshed nightly (Part of #5286) Port the owner-reviewed prototype to tests/tools/progress_slide.py and publish it as a generated page next to progress.md. progress_report.py now also fetches the milestones, the CICS/COBOL title-search counts and the Open World epic states (main only; "not measured" offline) and carries the cobolrt families in progress.json.
