…ction, tests, closed work, evidence) Documents Apex's structural-signature coverage: 43/48 wired rule keys (5 explicit None, plus 4 hybrid-domain-sensor keys apex never claims at all), 4 extraction- gauntlet tests + 93 strict-signature tests, and the closed epics/bugs that shaped it (#849/#573 hardening passes, #1264 class_start-never-consulted fix, #1221 Invocation Shield, #1209 args capture-group fix). Section 7 also records the just-filed, still-open #1963 (new ClassName(...) constructor calls misparsed as func_start). Section 9 (tri-comparison) intentionally left for a separate pass to append. Appends the tri-comparison section to the sections-1-8 doc committed alongside this: 2-tool comparison (apex has no ctags parser), 1/1 ledger shapes validated, badge to tree-sitter on Func Precision (100% vs GitGalaxy's 95%), tie on Class Precision. Documents the confirmed #1963 false positive and the incidental finding that sibling csharp/java/groovy/dart already carry the fix pattern this needs.
