det: CBSA CRECUST equivalence case (Db2 seed + running children) #4952

Follow-up of #4884 (PR #4948): CBSA CRECUST now translates its LE + async CICS commands, but there is no equivalence case for it.

Needs: a Db2 seed and children (RUN TRANSID) that actually run, so CRECUST's FETCH path is exercised. Its FETCH events are DIFFERS until the async scheduler sibling lands, so the case shows the remaining holes rather than proving.

Acceptance: a CRECUST equivalence case in the CICS crucible with its Db2 seed; the report lists its holes by name. Never counted proven while FETCH is DIFFERS or a LINK/CALL target has holes.

Siblings: #4884

PR #5304 pins the CBSA CRECUST case (children, Db2 seed, scenarios) after #5015/#5064 landed it; the report lists its holes by name (L1 CEEDAYS, X18) and it is never counted proven. Acceptance met.
