Architecture: Create "multicultural-crucible" (The Ultimate i18n Evil Benchmark) #3988

Description

@squid-protocol

The Concept

To prove GitGalaxy is the most resilient cross-cultural modernization engine on earth, we need a dedicated repository that acts as an adversarial gauntlet. The multicultural-crucible will be a purposefully "evil" suite of edge cases designed to break naive ASCII-centric parsers.

The "Evil" Benchmark Suite

This repository will contain intentionally malicious but perfectly valid mainframe code and data structures, including:

  1. The Japanese DBCS Trap: Strings with fragmented, nested, or mismatched Shift-Out/Shift-In (SO/SI) bytes to test byte-length and offset resilience.
  2. The Arabic BiDi Trap: BMS Maps and datasets utilizing Visual Right-To-Left ordering that will render perfectly backwards on a naive web frontend.
  3. The Comma Math Trap: European COBOL utilizing DECIMAL-POINT IS COMMA interspersed with actual array delimiter commas to break regex tokenizers and numeric scale logic.
  4. The EBCDIC Collation Trap: Business logic that relies on A < 0 (EBCDIC) returning TRUE, designed to silently corrupt Java compareTo() translations.
  5. The Nordic Identifier Trap: Programs and Copybooks explicitly named using Æ, Ø, Å, or Ü to break path-resolution and ASCII-only regex boundary extractors.

The Goal

This repo becomes an external submodule in our CI pipeline. If GitGalaxy passes the multicultural-crucible without dropping a byte, we can mathematically guarantee zero cultural data-loss to any global System Integrator.
