Part of #3772. This is the cheapest next language, because ts_callgraph.js already does the work: the TypeScript checker resolves JavaScript with allowJs/checkJs.
- Corpus:
expressjs/express, already pinned in tests/import_graph_corpus.json. It's CommonJS (require, module.exports.f = function), a different shape from zod's ESM TypeScript.
- Adapter: add
.js/.cjs/.mjs files. Check that CommonJS require resolution and exports.x = ... members are named the way the engine names them.
- Expected finding: untyped JS gives the checker less to go on than TypeScript, so more links come back
unconfirmed. Report that honestly, not as engine error.
