network_risk_sensor.py: import resolution uses "last file with this stem wins" when multiple files share a name across directories (same tradeoff pattern as the fuzzy stem-matching in galaxyscope.py I flagged earlier) — silently misattributes some dependency edges/PageRank in monorepos with duplicate filenames.

consider evaulating by full path.
