The Glob Mismatch (Standalone Crash) #162

Closed

Description

@squid-protocol

If you update the standalone execution block so it doesn't crash on directories (e.g., by writing to firewall_temp.json), galaxyscope.py will generate the audit log as firewall_temp_audit.json. However, the firewall strictly globs for *_galaxy_audit.json. Because the prefix is missing, audit_files will be empty, and the script will crash.

Change this:

            # Dynamically locate the generated audit file to avoid naming convention bugs
            tmp_path = Path(tmpdir)
            audit_files = list(tmp_path.glob("*_galaxy_audit.json"))

To this:

            # Dynamically locate the generated audit file to avoid naming convention bugs
            tmp_path = Path(tmpdir)
            audit_files = list(tmp_path.glob("*_audit.json"))
