No way to rotate particles?

I don't see any instance of rotate nor spin in the documentation

There currently isn't. It's in progress. As soon as real-life allows me a moment to work on it, I'll do it.

If you want this functionality now, then implement it yourself and submit a pull request. After all, that's what open source is all about.
