Eclipse Marketplace plugin is stuck on version 3.1.5 and that version is causing the jvm to crash in the latest 2023-06 Eclipse release.
Using the alternate method of adding the "https://spotbugs.github.io/eclipse/" repository under the "Install new software..." successfully gets an up to date version, but is less intuitive than relying on the marketplace.
Pleases update the marketplace to the latest plugin version or remove the stale entry altogether.
