Complete the major-2 migration guidance with the public server's 64 KiB (65,536-byte) inbound gRPC message cap for both exact SA targets. Explain that oversized encoded requests are rejected at the transport boundary before MP mapping and therefore differ from structured admission overload. The same limit is noted for raw gRPC consumers.
