The major-2 documentation Pages run completed its production build and search/metadata checks, then hit the deployment job's 20-minute limit while uploading the 70,801-file site artifact. Increase that job budget to 30 minutes and remove its duplicate search/metadata checks. PR CI still runs the full typecheck, build, search, and rendered-page suite before merge; the deployment job now builds and uploads that same source without repeating the checks.
