[Feature Request] Run amp out of a neovim window

I'm not even sure this is possible but it would be nice to have amp open in the neovim window. So for example ctrl l/h would allow users to jump between Amp and their open buffer in the adjacent window.

I'm likely an outlier but using this on powershell, i have to swap between panes using ALT + -> or <- for example, which means i'm moving my hands away from the normal neovim keybinds (ie no arrow keys).

It should be pretty straightforward to open amp in a terminal buffer.
I had to make these changes to get terminals working in PowerShell.

You might need something like that and then you'll be able to open a terminal buffer and run amp --ide.

The above suggestion worked but performance was undesirable. My cursor in the files open with neovim was flickering, presumably from amp calling for more frequent UI updates (possible from the swirling globe animation). Will continue to try amp out in vscode or separate terminal window/pane instead most likely.

Not sure if it helps @adrianveen , but I created a neovim plugin with a few builtin commands to work with amp in neovim. including spawining amp inside neovim. Right now I've only set up in LazyVim, but i think it should work with lazy.nvim as well https://github.com/wrath-codes/amp-extras.nvim

@wrath-codes / @adrianveen if it's helpful, I've built out a parrot.nvim inspired experience to run this out of a neovim window. It works much the same way as parrot, by using a markdown page as the interface for the thread. You can find it in #28 or in my fork if it's useful

I have it set up so when i do aa it will open an amp in a split window. I'm able to toggle between the split windows with ctrl+h, ctrl+l
