Add complete Greek (el_GR) localization with all 998 keys translated. Register the locale in App.axaml and Models/Locales.cs, and update TRANSLATION.md via the localization-check script.

This PR adds a complete Greek (
el_GR) localization.Changes
src/Resources/Locales/el_GR.axamlwith all 998 keys translated (100% coverage, matchesen_US.axaml).src/App.axaml(ResourceInclude) and insrc/Models/Locales.cs(Ελληνικά).TRANSLATION.mdviabuild/scripts/localization-check.js.The locale file was normalized and sorted by the official
localization-check.jsscript, so key ordering followsen_US.axaml.
