希望更新程序支持走本地代理#92

现状

现在好像没有走代理，更新时经常 timeout

预期

具体预期没想好，比如设置里加个代理配置啥的，可以配置本机代理地址，然后更新程序等一些需要的逻辑可以选择走配置的代理地址
