I build systems that run in production and solve real problems. That has been true for 25 years.
Right now that means leading a 200+ engineer organisation at BCG X across Brazil, Colombia, and Chile — delivering applied AI, cloud, and product engineering for large enterprises in pharma, banking, and financial services.
My current technical focus is the gap between "working demo" and "production AI system": LLM architecture, RAG pipelines, inference workflows in regulated environments, and the engineering discipline that makes agentic systems safe to ship from.
I'm writing up what I've learned as a production architecture for agentic SDLC — gate pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, control plane governance, trust gradients, and a measurement layer. Public repo and documentation coming soon.
