Extract MiniLcm web routes into MiniLcmWeb and apply the lexicon route table - #2855
Moves the MiniLcm minimal-API handlers and query binding out of FwLiteWeb into a new backend/FwLite/MiniLcmWeb project, so FwHeadless can map the same routes later. FwLiteWeb now maps them through a host-specific resolver; the route table changes to the one agreed for the lexicon API.
MiniLcmWeb
MapMiniLcmRoutes(prefix, resolver) maps the routes under any prefix and returns the RouteGroupBuilder. The resolver (MiniLcmApiResolver, HttpContext -> ValueTask<MiniLcmApiResolution>) returns either the IMiniLcmApi for the request or an IResult to send instead.
AddMiniLcmRouteServices() registers the per-request holder the endpoint filter fills.
UpdateEntryRequest(Entry Before, Entry After) is the PUT body.
FwLiteWeb
MapLocalMiniLcmRoutes("/api/mini-lcm") resolves {projectType}/{projectCode} like before (400 for a bad type, 404 for an unknown project, user-facing wrappers applied) and keeps the OpenAPI parameters for both.
Route changes (relative to /api/mini-lcm/{projectType}/{projectCode}; no aliases for old paths)
writingSystems → writing-systems
entries/{search} removed; search is GET entries?search=
new GET entries/count (search, gridifyFilter), GET complex-form-types, GET morph-types
POST entry takes no query options and always uses CreateEntryOptions.WithMainPublication; it now answers 201 with a relative Location
new PUT entry/{id} with { before, after } → UpdateEntry(before, after); 400 problem when either id differs from the URL
GET entry/{id} and GET sense/{id} answer 404 when missing instead of 200 null
Callers
Platform.Bible extension: search and gridify filter as query params, writing-systems, new updateEntry(before, after) on FwLiteApi. EntryService.updateEntry stays unimplemented: its public signature has no before.
README-sdk.md: search examples and the route table (prettier also reformatted the existing file).
Ran FwLiteWeb locally against a fresh Harmony project and hit every route: create (201 + Location), search and count, index, 404s for missing entry and sense, all five list routes, PUT update and PUT id mismatch (400), delete; old writingSystems and entries/{search} paths 404
OpenAPI document lists the new routes under the MiniLcm tag with UpdateEntryRequest; /scalar serves

Walkthrough
The PR adds a MiniLcmWeb project with shared endpoint mapping and query-option handling. FwLiteWeb now resolves local projects and uses the shared routes. The Platform.Bible client updates its entry search and writing-system requests and adds entry updates. The SDK documentation adds search and count examples and describes routes and response behavior.
Issue 2842 proposes FW Lite clients that read projects through a lexicon API. This PR extracts shared MiniLcm routes for use by FwHeadless, but does not add live-client behavior.
Malformed project types and incomplete update requests can return server errors instead of client errors. These bounded cases merit fixes or owner acceptance before merging.

Explanation
The title names the two main parts of the change: extracting MiniLcm web routes into the MiniLcmWeb project, and applying the lexicon route table. The changeset moves MiniLcmRoutes into MiniLcmWeb, adds the resolver and query options, and changes the route paths (writing-systems, entries?search=, entries/count, PUT entry/{id}, 201 with Location, 404 instead of null). The title is specific and matches the main objective.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 8.33% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 12 functions across 8 files. Resolution
Write docstrings for the functions missing them to satisfy the coverage threshold.

A rabbit taps the routes in place, Then sends a search at a steady pace. New entries hop through PUT and back, Writing systems find their track. The SDK notes each path and sign, And carrots mark the merge as fine.

Move the MiniLcm minimal-API handlers and query binding into a new
MiniLcmWeb project with a pluggable project resolver, so FwHeadless can
map the same routes. FwLiteWeb resolves by data format and code.
Routes: writing-systems (renamed), search as ?search=, entries/count,
complex-form-types, morph-types, PUT entry/{id} with { before, after },
POST entry without options. Missing entry/sense now 404. Update the
Platform.Bible extension and README-sdk.

…plete update
- Register the opened IMiniLcmApi for disposal with the response, so FwData
saves after a write (the old route had the same gap).
- Reject numeric project types that don't name a format with the 400.
- Return a 400 problem when 'before' or 'after' is missing from PUT entry/{id}.
