Public WebSocket port 8443 still ends 31 Oct 2026. Colo connections on 8443 stay up until 16 Nov 2026 (OKX changelog, 16 Oct 2026). Default URLs stay on port 443. Mark ordType elp as deprecated in favor of rpi. Alias accepted until 31 Oct 2026. Other ELP names already point at RPI. Bump 3.2.7 to 3.2.8. Co-authored-by: Jerko J <JJ-Cro@users.noreply.github.com>
