De-narrate the remaining analysis surfaces (ProjectView, WorkGraph, NeedsYou inbox copy) #220

M8 (#217/#219) de-narrated the captain surface and found the same anti-patterns outside its scope: "Candidates appear here when a bot submits work", "Showing the N most recent assignments; older work is not loaded", etc. in ProjectViewPage, WorkGraphPanel, NeedsYou inbox strings. Apply the same rules (state + single next action; no UI self-description; remediation behind details) to those modules with copy-tone tests.
