Incorrect left nav in Protocols

What's wrong? Describe the what you're seeing

The left nav for Protocols is not showing the correct structure. When I run the branch of changes I merged in recently (branch = protocols_fixes) it looks fine, but on the live site it's showing an old version.

Confirm if the file from my PR was overwritten or if there's something wrong with the cache?
