I mostly build tools. A lot of them are in Rust. The recurring themes are local workflows, automation, packaging, verification, and reducing the amount of nonsense between me and the machine. I like software that stays inspectable, fails in ways you can understand.
There is also a second category here: practical documentation. Sometimes that means notes about random technical topics. Sometimes it means an owner's guide for a machine I wanted better documentation for. Same basic idea, really. I prefer useful artifacts over polished ones.
There are other useful repos here, but the lists above are the right entry point. The rest is a mix of supporting pieces, experiments, narrower tools, and dead-end side quests - most of them old and stale.
