filter by intermarker distance

Feature request: I'd like to filter by gap distance (extract and exclude). My specific use case is extracting variants with less than n bases gap. IndelGap and SnpGap don't seem to quite do this.

Sounds like an interesting feature. Perhaps this could be written as a plugin?
