Aod wallpaper remains on screen even after unlocking the screen

Bug Description

The AOD wallpaper remains attached to the screen even when the phone is open.

Steps to Reproduce

It can't be determined because this doesn't always happen, but it's frequent and hard to predict. Most often it happens when you unlock the device directly a few seconds after the screen turns on using your fingerprint.

Expected Behavior

This should disappear after unlocking

Ohhh.... Are you using both AOD wallpaper and the Essentials on Display features together?

Some specific OEMs have reported this issue which is kinda weird to me ... Only cause can be those not following the standard ways of advertising screen turning on.

No, I don't apply essential on display, I just use AOD and use the wallpaper AOD

This annoying thing can be removed just by rebooting the phone, even the restart UI option from essential doesn't work

The restart UI is not for Essentials, it's for the SystemUI.

You should be able to turn off and on accessibility to avoid this.... I will start mapping this known issue with what brands that cause it to see if there's a pattern
