Crate still owned by rust-lang-nursery/libs

This is something we noticed when working on refactoring the Rust libs team. Since this crate is no longer part of the nursery, we'd appreciate if you could just remove the team from crates.io. If you still want the project to have access you can add rust-lang-owner as a co-owner.

(Side note: the crate is currently owned by @dhardy, who would have to provide access.)

I ask on behalf of the rust-lang libs team, which is currently refactoring itself. The main issue is that libs-contributors will be moved into libs, adding lots of new owners to crates when we really should leave them only to rust-lang-owner and select people.

EDIT: I see. My membership is private on the nursery so it doesn't show both on my profile. But yes, I'm on the libs team; see rust-lang/team#2651

Sure, I can remove r-l-n (done). I have also added rust-random/maintainers as a crate owner which should suffice in case I become unavailable.
