Add regression test for matching associated types on new solver Closes rust-lang/trait-system-refactor-initiative#216 The regression test fails on 5e91de6, which I think is just before it was fixed. The test placement is always tricky for me but it seemed to have to do with associated types so here we are. Any feedback is appreciated!

Add regression test for previous overflow evaluating the requirement Closes rust-lang/trait-system-refactor-initiative#219 Same deal, the test fails on rust-lang@5e91de6 just like in rust-lang#162642. Again, placing the test is challenging but I did my best on folder and naming.
