We're now distributing rustc with LLVM 23 as of yesterday, and will bump the minimum version to 22 soon. This will not be stabilized before 23 is the minimum, so we don't really need to go out of our way to support custom rustc builds with a different LLVM just for this unstable feature. @bors r+ rollup |

Rollup merge of #160558 - davidtwco:sve-revert-no-dbginfo-for-locals, r=lqd Revert "codegen_ssa: no dbginfo for scalable vec local w/ `-O0`" This partially reverts commit ebe7210 (it keeps the tests), from #158088. The workaround in that patch is no longer necessary with the upgrade to LLVM 23 in #158734. I've confirmed that the stdarch tests also continue passing with this patch applied. r? @lqd
