Repo goes from 444mb down to ~2mb. No need for these things to be checked in. VS will do package restore for NuGet. Not sure how the service deployment works but if the repo really needs the artifacts checked in then we should have them manually copied to an appropriate place when the service is ready to rev rather than have everyone always checking in all their new binaries.
