There is a 1 frame lanecover misplacement

It's observed while re-recording demo video, but I don't know how and why it happens.
Further investigation needed, but it is not that serious issue because it's happening just for 1 frame.
While playing I didn't notice it. Just found it while slicing video.

I think it was especially not noticeable for me because I'm using 400fps render cap with 240fps monitor.

Found out why.
For current logic lanecover resizing is consists of two parts.

1. Resize the lanecover window
2. Set lanecover window inner scroll at the end of lanecover image widget

Upon testing with auto resize and scrolling, found out both are happening 1 frame too late.
It's not the lanecover window that misplaced. It's the scrolling whose late and made black background of bare lanecover visible.

Rather simple to fix.
Just making lanecover window size fixed(so scrolling is not happening unless main window is resized)
and do moving instead of resizing lanecover window for adjustment.

Auto resizing is not related to lanecover image, but lanecover note time / sub length display.
And it won't be fixed since it's barely noticeable only when user slams the sub length slider hard.
