feat(mvn): detect legacy mvnw.bat wrapper #2029
Description
src/cmds/jvm/mvn_cmd.rs::mvn_binary and new_mvn_command look for .\\mvnw.cmd on Windows but not mvnw.bat (the older wrapper Apache Maven Wrapper used to ship). Some legacy repos still have mvnw.bat only.
Fix: prefer mvnw.cmd, then mvnw.bat, then system mvn. ~5-line change in mvn_binary.
