Standalone MCP advertises 18 tools but only implements 5 #21

Problem

tools/list returns all 18 tools via getAllTools(), but handleToolCall only handles 5: memory_save, memory_recall, memory_sessions, memory_export, memory_audit. The other 13 tools will throw "Unknown tool" at runtime.

Suggested Fix

Either implement all advertised tools using InMemoryKV, or filter the tool list for standalone mode to only include implemented tools.
