Add support for resumable parses, improved the LSP server and expose it to JavaScript and use it in the cxx-playground. Extend the LSP protocol with requests to obtain the generated IR code. Improve and split the standard conversions and start to rework the initializations. This allows the parser to self parse and type check its header files in c++26 mode.
