Adds a "Need it set up for your team?" section before Documentation: a fixed-scope skillgate setup at EUR 700/day for teams already running the free audit. Contact route is renezander.com. Backs P1042 skillgate demand: installs are release-day spikes, so this tests whether the warm audience (112 unique cloners in 14 days) pays.
Evidence
The patch applies cleanly to main (15 added lines, README.md only); the section sits between "Wire it into your agent" and "Documentation". Text is in the P1045 notes.
