Follow-ups to v0.33.0, so the published package and master's CI match what v0.33.0 shipped:

• Windows CI: the fixture --anonymize test checked that the report's source_dir ends in /project. On Windows the anonymized path correctly ends in \project, so the platform smoke on windows-latest failed on master while the code behaved as intended. The assertion now accepts either separator.
• README: v0.33.0 replaced the v0.32.0 note instead of the oldest one; the README again shows the two latest notes (v0.33.0 and v0.32.0), as each release keeps them.
• Chinese command reference: the hand-maintained docs/command-reference.zh-CN.md gains the diff --since-write and fixture --anonymize / --check forms the English reference already lists.
• Command reference version: docs/command-reference.json in the 0.33.0 package still said 0.32.0, because it was regenerated before the version bump; it now reports the package version.
• Release: version 0.33.1 with a CHANGELOG entry, so the npm package carries the corrected README and references. No product code changes.

Evidence

• master after v0.33.0: every CI job passed except platform smoke (windows-latest), whose only failure was this assertion (1 fail, 1,372 pass); the new pattern matches both C:\…\project and /…/project.
• On this branch: npm run build, npm test (1,477 tests, 1,474 pass, 0 fail, 3 skipped), npm run lint, python -m unittest discover -s python/tests, and the packed-tarball smoke for capcut-cli-0.33.1.tgz pass; regenerating the command docs gives no further change.
• Checked and unchanged: shell completions (bash, zsh, fish) list every new v0.33.0 flag; the Python client passes flags through generically; the skill's API reference already lists the new caption, loudness and diff flags.

Door

Two-way: one test assertion and documentation, plus the patch version; reverted by reverting the three commits.
