This change adds experimental support for HTTP Signature Key Header as of v4.
This is primarily self-contained in the
sigkeydraftpackage which implements the existing KeyFetcher interface.SigningKeyGenerator was added to allow long running processes to generate new keys as they expire which is expected to be common with HTTP Signature Key usage but is a generic functionality available to the wider httpsig-go package.
