Add support for HTTP field component parameters including traliers.

The specification [defines](https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9421.html#name-http-fields) a list of parameters that modify components of a signature - e..g `sf`, `key`, `bs`, etc.  

These are not yet supported
