[Good First Issue] Add section dividers/separators between editor control groups

Overview

Add visual horizontal rule separators between each control section in VideoEditor.tsx for better visual grouping.

Task

Add <hr className="border-white/10 my-2" /> or equivalent Tailwind-styled divider between sections like Preset, Framing, Trim, Rotate, Audio, Quality.

Acceptance Criteria

• Subtle dividers between each control section
• No visual clutter
• Consistent with existing dark theme

Estimated effort: 15 minutes
