Rule levels

It would be helpful if the scale, especially the maximum level, of the rule levels were specified in the docs.

Sounds like a good idea. These levels would have to be dynamic though, as sometimes new rule is added/removed. Seem like a lot of work.

We have a max limitter to warn about max level instead 👍 . Try using 150.
