How to display a switch with labe like in iOS-Settings-App without loosing accessibility information of switch

Hi,
I am looking for a solution on how to display a switch with labe like in iOS-Settings-App without loosing accessibility information of switch. Currently, if I wrap it in a list surrounding text and switch by touchable highlight, then the value and type of accessibility information is lost.
Any idea?
