Description
I was using refresh control for refreshing data in my app from the server. But apparently with a background color I see that the when i pull down to refresh a border appears at the bottom but as soon as I go up its gone again.
Reproduction
I have created a sample app on react native here . Now if you pull the screen down you would see a line at while pulling down. However while coming up it works fine
